Located just minutes from our property, Ohr HaTorah is a vibrant Chabad community led by Rabbi Yossi Groner. The synagogue welcomes locals and travelers alike with warmth and sincerity.

What to Expect:

  • Daily Shacharit (morning minyan) at 6:30am every morning
    • On federal holidays, the morning minyan starts at 8:30am
  • Mincah + Marriv start every week night 30 minutes before sundown. 
  • Friday night and Shabbat morning services
  • Inspiring drashot and Torah learning opportunities
  • Weekly classes and women's programming
  • Kosher Shabbat meals available (by request or arrangement)

Located at the intersection of Folger Drive and the famous Providence Road, the Charlotte Torah Center is a a dynamic Orthodox congregation known for its focus on Torah education and musical shabbat experiences. The Torah Center is lead by Rabbi Chanoch and Sarah Oppenhiem. The Charlotte community has an Eruv thanks to Rabbi Oppenheim and the congregation of the Charlotte Torah Center.

What to Expect:

  • Daily Shacharit at 6:30 AM  
  • Shabbat meals hosted by the Oppenheim's
  • Minyan on Shabbat and Holidays starting at 9:30am
  • Friday night and Shabbat morning services
  • Shabbat Day Kiddush every week - sometimes light, often a full Shabbat lunch
  • Inspiring sermons and engaging Torah classes for men and women
  • Sunday morning, Gemara & Donuts, class at 9am
